STRIPED SALMON

Sauté onions and green beans in olive oil until hot and place in pan for a bed. Place a deboned salmon fillet on the bed and stripe with Yummy's Choice™ Olive Mazza, Shatta, and Sweet Shatta. Garnish with pepper and lime slices and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15 minutes covered and 5 minutes uncovered. Salmon will be flaky, tender and very tasty (not to mention lovely).

 

 

 

 

Lebaneh Potato

No butter, no sour cream, just place a single Lebaneh™ cheese ball on a hot split baked potato for a truly delightful and festive taste treat. Sprinkle the top with parsley flake and enjoy!

Chef's Devilled Eggs

For 24 hardboiled eggs use 1/4 cup mayo and add 1/4 cup Yummy's Choice™ Shatta or Sweet Shatta mixed with the egg yolks--you can adjust it to your own taste. Garnish with parsley and dust the top with plenty of paprika for color.

Yummified Chicken

Wash and prepare a roasting chicken (or three!) by coating the bird inside and out with Chef Kamal's Olive Mazza. Put in a roasting pan and add about a half cup water to the bottom for each chicken. Add potatoes, onions and lemon slices and top with more Olive Mazza. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about an hour or until chicken reaches 160 degrees inside.For a crispier skin, broil on high for the last 3 minutes.
